Steve Warren: Playwright

Steve WarrenA former navy pilot and schoolteacher, Mr. Warren now dedicates his time to writing and filmmaking. He has had five stage plays produced at theatres around the country, and four of his short screenplays have been made into movies. One of his ten feature-length screenplays has been optioned and several others have won or placed in national contests, including semi-finalist in the prestigious Nicholl Fellowships. June Rachelson Ospa is a producer, lyricist and scriptwriter.

Producing credits include: ORPHAN TRAIN (York Theatre), OH RATS (Vexler Theatre in San Antonio, ACE Cabaret in Eugene Oregon); and VALADON TRU ( Musical Reading Series)

As a lyricist, her credits include GONE TO TEXAS (Globe Winner at Josephine Theatre in San Antonio), S.W.A.K! (an award winning fairy tale), WELCOME TO TOURETTAVILLE (VSarts Playwright Discovery Award) which was co-written with her son Jonny and Daniel Neiden, performed for Congress at the Kennedy Center (Grammy winner Dr. John recorded song from TOURETTAVILLE (More info www.tourettaville.com) and for animated film, STELLALUNA (Scholastic Entertainment & MGM released July 20, 2004) .

Upcoming projects include writing the new musical, TRIANGLE, with Composer Mark Barkan; producing a musical version of The Adding Machine (TRU Musical Series at Blue Heron in NYC), producing, NO MORE WAITING with Daniel Neiden (a new Musical that premiered at NYC Duplex in 2005, www.nomorewaiting.net) and being a member of the lyrical team for a new musical comedy, Journey. Additionally, Tourettaville will be performed Jan, 2006 at NYC's Neurofest.


Tom Masinter: Composer

Tom MasinterHis produced musicals include Dane, A Freek Tragedy, The Marigold Tree, Princess Alice, Fire On The Bayou and most recently Gone To Texas. Tom has also composed the incidental music for the plays The Ugly Butterfly, The Fall Of Faustus, A Cry Of Players, Enter A Free Man, Beyond The Horizon, The Realist and Dylan's Ghost, music for the Cap'n Gus TV Show, the theme song Don't Say My Song Is Over for To See Ourselves, a television special on aging (PBS) and the "People Helping People" United Way jingle. His one man show Mozart which he wrote and in which he acted has been presented to 1000's of school children. Tom's many piano compositions and arrangements are published by Warner Bros. Pub., RBC Pub. Alfred Pub., Noteworthy Pub. and Star Dreams Publishing Co. His song If You Go Away This Time was released in 2001 on a recording by jazz singer Ken Slavin and his Indigo Eyes was recorded in 2003 by Susan Riley on the CD Daddy-O.
